us the Summary from the day the record was set, or send the Records
file. The Summary file will be located in the "Summary"
subdirectory of the Lightning/2000 installation folder. The Records file
will be located in the "Records" subdirectory. If you have
multiple Summary files from the same date, send only the one with the highest
number.
Send only the original, unaltered file as an attachment to the email.
