The LD-350 is now available.

An update to MesoTRAC is available that enables it to use help files in the HTML format.  Windows 7 no longer supports the old help file format.
We now have a support forum.
A help file in the newer HTML format is now provided with Lightning/2000 v5.5.  It was just discovered that Windows 7 users cannot access the old help file because Microsoft no longer supports that format.
Version 5.7 allows you to, via the Custom Summary, to send commands to an external device (an alarm, for example).
If you have Lightning/2000 version 3 and the LD-250 hardware, and are having problems getting the LD-250 to reliably communicate with Lightning/2000, you need to update your L2K installation to v3.5.6.   Contact us for information about this free update.

If you are switching from Windows95/98/Me to Windows 2000 or Windows XP, you will need to install a device driver if you are using the Boltek ISA StormTracker.
