What is the procedure for reporting a problem?

Send an email to support@aninoquisi.com with the following information in it:

What kind of machine are you running it on?  (Include the name of the processor, how fast it is, how much memory you have, the operating system)

Are you running any other software at the same time as Lightning/2000™?  Include anti-virus software, any screen capture program you're using, and any other program that runs in the background all the time.

Exactly what were the circumstances surrounding the occurrence of the problem?

How do I get a map for my area?

You have to purchase one from us.  Unless of course you live in East-Central Illinois.  Even then, if you buy the registered version you'll get a much bigger area map.
