bulletOops!  We accidentally distributed a version that has a mistake in the system Registry that will cause storms' ranges to be calculated very badly.  Click here to download a ZIP file.  The ZIP file contains two Registry files (one for WIndows XP or 2000, the other for WIndows 98).  Just unzip the file and double-click on the appropriate file and the problem should be fixed.
